By using the Shoebox app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can review here: https://shoebox.finance/privacy-policy.

2. Access and Use of the App

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

b. User Account: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

a. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blocks Lab LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
